Raubtier - Skriet Från Vildmarken (CD)

Raubtier, a Swedish industrial metal band from Haparanda, formed in 2008 under the name Hunter/Killer before adopting the German term for "predator," inspired by the film Predator. Led by Pär Hulkoff (vocals, guitar, keyboards), with Mattias Lind (drums) and Jonas Kjellgren (bass), the band delivers raw, aggressive anthems with Swedish lyrics steeped in themes of war, death, and local pride. Their debut album, Det finns bara krig (2009), featuring the hit single "Kamphund," gained traction on Bandit Rock radio. With six studio albums, including Överlevare (2019), and tours alongside Sabaton, Raubtier has built a cult following for their brutal sound and intense live performances, often drawing comparisons to Rammstein.
